THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of this day of _____________, 20,

Uruguay and Thomas Windsor, hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Owners,” AND [Recipient],

hereinafter referred to as the “Recipient”.

from the Crowd,” a groundbreaking concept hatched from the spellbinding combination of social

1. THE CONCEPT:
Born from the union of these two resolute minds, their creation will tell the tale of a multitude, a
vibrant saga of insight, wit, and connection, painted by the delicate brushes of empathy and
authenticity.
2. SHOW STRUCTURE:
The relentless retinue of voices from every crevice of the world will weave together in thematic
groups, breathing life into Twitter Spaces, and gently narrating stories that echo through the
ages.
3. THEMES & TOPICS:
As both light and darkness intertwine in the tapestry of life, each theme shall cast a dazzling
reflection, encompassing a myriad of emotions and nuances that reach out, enthralled and
captivated by the dance of life.
4. JUDGEMENT & PROGRESSION:
From the cradle of hope and adversity, each participant will face the tides of life – the gentle ebb

and flow of likes, retweets, comments, and the eternal resonance of listening hearts.
5. FINAL SHOWDOWN:
In the twilight of the final hour, three warriors shall remain, valiant and resolute, their hearts
beating with the rapture of possibility. Their voices poised to create a final Twitter Space,
